Please fill out the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Form. A Service Center representative will respond to your request within 24 hours. You can Pre-pay your order by providing a PO with your shipment or credit card info below in the comments section.

(Microsoft Excel Required) - Pages are divided by product family, Press Control F to open the search box function, then type in your model number.

Domestic Return Shipments

  • When sending by courier ship direct to:
    Bird Service Center, 30303 Aurora Road - Solon, Ohio 44139
  • For smaller shipments:
    Send returns through UPS — United Parcel Service directly to the Bird Service Center.

International Return Shipments [Customs Broker]

All invoices should state "US GOODS RETURNED" and include a Value for Customs.

If being returned for repair or calibration, please state: "US GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR AND/OR CALIBRATION".
