Domestic Return Shipments
- When sending by courier ship direct to:

- For smaller shipments:
Send returns through UPS — United Parcel Service directly to the Bird Service Center.
International Return Shipments [Customs Broker]
All invoices should state "US GOODS RETURNED" and include a Value for Customs.
If being returned for repair or calibration, please state:
"US GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR AND/OR CALIBRATION".
